Frank Crivello, Phoenix Investors, LLC Announces Lease Extension with Lings Chinese Restaurant at Woodland Court Shopping Center, Milwaukee, WI

Milwaukee, Wisconsin --May 9, 2006--  Frank P. Crivello, Executive Vice President, Phoenix Investors, LLC (“Phoenix Investors”), announced a lease extension with Lings Chinese Restaurant at Woodland Court Shopping Center in Milwaukee, WI.  Woodland Court Shopping Center is a neighborhood shopping center located in southwest Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Phoenix Investors Vice President Paul Schwabe stated: “Lings Chinese Restaurant has been at Woodland Court Shopping Center for ten years and has enjoyed success there.  Other tenants and area residents will be pleased to have Lings continue its occupancy at Woodland Court Shopping Center”.
