Frank Crivello, Eastern Coast Management donates funds to assist hurricane relief agencies operating in Brevard County

Funds will help support relief efforts and deliver critical supplies to those in need

Milwaukee, Wisconsin --September 9, 2004--  Frank Crivello, Executive Vice President, Phoenix Investors, LLC ("Phoenix Investors"), www.phoenixinv.com, NNN Group, Inc., www.nnn.net, Eastern Coast Management, LLC ("Eastern Coast"), www.ecmgt.net, and Port Offices, LLC, ("Port") announced today the companies will donate $5,000 to the Lend-A-Hand fund to assist hurricane relief agencies. In the wake of Hurricane Charley and Hurricane Frances, residents of Brevard County continue to need basic supplies as relief efforts move forward.

Port's Managing Member Frank P. Crivello said: "Hurricane victims' basic needs for food, water and shelter are being met by the combined efforts of many local relief agencies, and we at Eastern Coast and Port are happy to donate funds to Lend-A-Hand since we were fortunate to avoid the worst of Hurricane Frances." Port's Member Lloyd Milliken stated: "My family and I have worked hard in Brevard County for years and have built a number of successful businesses. We are happy to give back to our neighbors when they are in need. I understand one of the biggest needs is for money to sustain the current relief efforts, and we challenge other businesses in Brevard County that were fortunate enough to escape hurricane damage to rise to the occasion and donate funds. In times of statewide disaster, we should work together to help our less fortunate neighbors."

"The money donated is being immediately dispersed to the front-line relief efforts, and is being used to deliver critical supplies to those most in need," said Gina Kaiser of Florida Today. "We are thrilled with the community's response."

To make a donation to the Lend-A-Hand fund by mail, please send checks to Lend-A-Hand, c/o FLORIDA TODAY, P.O. Box 410488, Melbourne, FL 32941-0488. (Make checks payable to Lend-A-Hand.) Or, if you prefer, please follow the link below to make a secure online donation:
