Phoenix Investors, LLC
Announces Sale of Commercial Complex in
Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Forest Home Investors I,
LLC sold former shopping center to Aurora Health
Care, Inc.
Milwaukee, Wisconsin --April
7, 1999--
Frank Crivello, Executive Vice President,
Phoenix Investors, LLC (“PI”),
www.phoenixinv.com , announced that Aurora Health
Care, Inc.,
www.aurorahealthcare.com, (“Aurora”)
purchased the property owned by Forest Home
Investors I, LLC, PI’s its affiliate, at 3305 W.
Forest Home Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Mr.
Jack Price, Boerke Company,
www.boerke.com, represented Aurora.
PI Executive Vice President Frank P. Crivello
stated: “We successfully converted this property
from a retail shopping center to Aurora’s
service center. It was a creative re-use of
obsolete retail property. We wish Aurora well.
We are pursuing similar opportunities across the
United States.”
PI Manager Managing Director President David
Marks stated: “Our management team including
Frank Crivello saw great potential in the
redevelopment of Forest Home Plaza, a shopping
center previously anchored by Pick’n Save Foods.
This property is on the border of Aurora’s St.
Luke’s Medical Center Campus. Their use of this
complex for their backroom operations made great
logistical and operational synergies sense.
Aurora determined it made more economic sense to
own the complex rather than lease the building.
Aurora and Jack Price were a pleasure to work
with.”
