Century Partners Fund, Inc. focused on the purchase of distressed,
charge-off,and in litigation receivable notes and mortgages.

announced today that its principals formed
Century Partners Fund, Inc.
("Century") and arranged its financing
to execute on its business plan. Century is
focused on the purchase of distressed,
charge-off, and in litigation receivable notes
and mortgages. Century has identified portfolio
assets within this space. Century will focus
upon this niche and pursue these opportunities.
