Wisconsin, LLC, sells University Square,
Middletown, Ohio
Milwaukee, Wisconsin --June
17, 2004--
Frank Crivello, Executive Vice President,
Phoenix Investors, LLC (“PI”),
www.phoenixinv.com announced that Zeus Office
Building, Inc., purchased University Square
Shopping Center owned by Ohio Investors of
Wisconsin, LLC, PI’s affiliate, in Middletown,
Ohio.
PI Executive Vice President Frank P. Crivello
stated: “We acquired this property from Mass
Mutual in 1996. As the surrounding area changed,
we converted the property to a mixed use
approach including educational and governmental
tenants. We were pleased to close on the sale of
these properties.”
PI Manager Managing Director, David
Marks stated: “Our management team saw great
potential in the redevelopment of University
Square, a shopping center previously anchored by
Target. This property is near Middletown’s
downtown, and outside the current retail
corridor.. The alternative uses for this
property made great sense. We were pleased to
sell it to Zeus Office Building, Inc.”
