of Industrial Real Estate, Santa Clara, California
Ohio Investors of Wisconsin, LLC, Buys Industrial Properties Located in Santa Clara, California.
Milwaukee, Wisconsin --August 15, 2002--
Frank Crivello, Executive Vice President,
Phoenix Investors, LLC ("PI"), www.phoenixinv.com,
announced that Ohio Investors of Wisconsin, LLC,
PI's affiliate, ("Ohio") purchased the
industrial properties location on Thomas Road,
Santa Clara, California.
PI Executive Vice President
Frank Crivello stated: "SVPC Partners, LLC,
PI's affiliate, acquired these properties in
connection with its acquisition of the assets of
SVPC Circuit Systems, Inc. by way of 363 of
Bankruptcy Code on July 16, 2001. When SVPC
Partners, LLC recently merged with Titan EMS,
Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of
Ventures-National, Inc., www.titanemscom
("Titan"), Ohio agreed to purchase the
properties and lease them to Titan."
